Recently visited Viva Panjim and had a really good overall experience. The restaurant is set in a beautiful heritage Portuguese-style house, which gives it a cozy, old-world Goan charm—definitely a refreshing change from typical modern dining spots. The ambiance feels warm, homely, and perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was quite good, especially if you’re looking to try authentic Goan flavors. We ordered a mix of seafood and local dishes, and the seafood platter really stood out with its freshness, variety, and well-balanced flavors. Each item felt thoughtfully prepared without being overly spicy. Service was friendly and welcoming, though it can slow down slightly during peak hours as the place tends to get busy. The staff are polite, helpful, and happy to guide you through the menu. Overall, a very good place to enjoy traditional Goan cuisine in a charming heritage setting. Great food, lovely ambiance, and a memorable dining experience—definitely worth visiting when in Panaji.

Had an amazing dining experience at Viva Panjim. The restaurant is set inside a beautiful 150-year-old Portuguese home in Fontainhas, and the ambiance itself makes it so special. We tried the seafood combo meal, kingfish rawa fry, Goan chili chicken, and Shanghai chicken — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Urra cocktail and Cinderella were refreshing, and the desserts (Bibinca and Serradura) were the perfect end to the meal. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and the overall vibe. Plus, they host live music every Sunday, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Goa

I had a pleasant experience here. The food was quite good, and I found the prices to be reasonable. The service was slow, and the atmosphere provided a nice setting for my meal. Overall, a solid choice! 👍✨

Stopped here for a quick cocktail and starter. The place smelled weird, not good for sure. We sat in the AC , still had some smell which we ignored since the place was trending and we wanted to try it out. We started with people’s lager and ordered Chicken chilli goan style. Big mistake, the chicken was overcooked and there was no chilli flavour. I have had chilli chicken goan style in a lot of restaurants but this was really not appetising. Kt was so chewy and rubbery we couldnt eat it. We informed the staff, initially they said that is how the texture is supposed to be, I said this is not our first time , he took it to the kitchen and thankfully agreed to cancel the dish as no body could eat rubbery chicken like so. Thankful to the staff for this but I was skeptical to try anything anymore so we left.

Once upon a time this place was crowded and I remember we had to wait for long to get seat. Visited again last week. Food average Service is okay. Ambience is not same. Place was bit smelly not very welcoming.
