The bldg is very classy but when there is high tide the water comes on the road from the rivulets flowing behind the bldg as a result when people park their cars its difficult for the driver/ passenger to get inside the car due to the water collected on the road at the main entrance as the level of the road is low. That a main concern otherwise the builders have provided underground parking nice lifts the bldg are very well maintained lovely washrooms at each levels. Excellent work by the buider/developers . Offices are of different sizes as per your choice.
Had a visa appointment here.It is a 10 min walk from Panaji main KTC Bus stand.Building and surroundings are clean. It's bright inside the building.Good architect.
Beautifully constructed. My friend's office is here and I sometimes use the excuse to roam around in there and just admire the aesthetics of the place. At night specially when they turn on all the lights it looks really marvellous, both inside and from out.
Visited the VFS office here. There is no waiting room or lounge anywhere in the building. It gets really hot in the day due to the transparent roofing. Each floor has a wash room.
