I went here for a picnic with friends. On 29 April 2026. I really liked the location here. There is a river nearby with a nice place to sit. It is a great place for a group picnic. But the water in the swimming pool here was not clean.
Had a really disappointing experience at this farm. There are only 2 pools, and on weekends it gets extremely overcrowded. The rain dance was switched on for barely 10 minutes, and even after repeatedly requesting them to start it again, they kept saying they would but never actually did.
The umbrella fountain wasn’t working, the food was just average, and there is absolutely no maintenance for the slides, which felt unsafe and poorly managed.
Overall, the place is not maintained properly, yet they are charging the full amount despite all these issues. Definitely not worth the money and not an experience I would recommend.
There were no activities available other than the pool. We paid Rs. 550 per person, which included buffet lunch, but the food was served only after 2 PM, leaving everyone extremely hungry. In the meantime, we ordered drinks, only to find that they were charging 40% above the MRP. When we questioned this, the staff responded with an unpleasant attitude and stated that the owner had instructed them to charge that way. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to others.
We were a group of 40 pax , place is ok.But not managed to propely ,food was no good curry was all watery, kids could not use as all big ok adies and gents were jumping some drinking inside pool.Bad experience .To much greed about 250 plus crowd.Toilets not cleaned. Plates were not washed well.Need improvment.
Farm located in the area of Dharbandora,Goa.
First things first, has ample amount of parking for your cars and bikes. This property has good rooms and also hygienic pools which were maintained we'll.
The property itself is huge and has potentials to host grand occasions as it has been designed quite well.
This place also has a man-made sitting area where you can sit and relax.
