We just checked out after a 3-day stay at Riviera Foothills, Arpora, and to be honest, their terrible service completely spoiled our trip.
The Cons (Why you should avoid it):
Pathetic Service & Rooms: The overall service was incredibly poor, and the rooms were not up to the mark at all.
Ridiculous Pool Rules & Extortion: They have implemented an absurd number of rules and regulations just to use the swimming pool. To make matters worse, there is a girl monitoring the pool area who aggressively demands penalty money for absolutely no proper reason. It felt like a total scam.
Not Friends-Friendly: If you are planning a trip to hang out and relax with your friends, do not book this place. The management makes it impossible to enjoy your time.
The Only Pros:
Decent Location: The property is relatively close to Baga and Calangute beaches.
Good Food Nearby: There are plenty of great restaurants and dining options right outside the stay.
Final Verdict:
The good location does not make up for the awful management. Save your money and your peace of mind—book somewhere else where guests are actually treated with respect.

The Cons:
Pathetic Service & Missing Essentials: The service was incredibly poor. No toiletries were provided, they didn't even supply basic things like tea powder,sugar.
Pool Scam, Extortion & Power Cuts:
Unprofessional behaviour!!
The pool area was visibly damaged and unsafe to use, yet the management enforced absurd rules. The lady monitoring the pool behaved extremely aggressively and kept demanding “penalty money” without any valid reason. She had no idea how to treat guests and was even speaking rudely to their own security staff, who was simply trying to explain the situation.
To make matters worse, they cut off our electricity supply at night, claiming we had violated a pool rule. We repeatedly requested them to check the CCTV footage before taking such action, but they didn’t even try to listen to us. Despite cooperating and following their instructions, we were treated unfairly.
We had already paid a high amount for the stay, yet the management still tried to extract more money through these kinds of tactics. They clearly knew we were helpless at that moment after cutting off both the power and water supply. It felt like pure extortion and harassment.
This experience completely ruined our vacation. Personally, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pool Scam, Extortion & Power Cuts: The pool was visibly damaged and risky to use, yet they have absurd rules. A lady monitoring the area aggressively demands "penalty money" for no valid reason. To make matters worse, they actually cut off our electricity supply at night under the pretext of an alleged pool rule violation! It felt like total extortion and harassment.we are already obeyed what they said.

Nice place to stay. All major tourist spots and famous north goa beaches are just 5-7 mins drive from here. Bustling night life around this property. If you are too lazy to go outside, you may spend all day inside the property only, as there is too much to do here viz. swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, beautiful garden etc.
Our stay was absolutely lovely! The place was cozy and exactly like the photos — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location made it super easy to connect to all major spots in the city. The pool was also well maintained and added the perfect touch of relaxation to our stay. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient getaway!
