we stay at the Villa for 5 days it was a stunning villa . 8 couples 13 kids total we were 33 members the Villa is very good . location of the Villa is on the main road only the view from the Villa of the mangroves is very good the Villa has a huge garden where we can party weaver slightly disappointed with the pool it was good the pool was good but it can be better the Villa stop was cooperative overall be had a stunning experience at this Villa
We just returned from a stay at [The Nine - The Boutique Villa] and it exceeded every expectation. The grounds were meticulously kept, and the pool area felt like a true oasis. What really stood out wasThe food at the main restaurant was fresh and varied. If you’re looking for a place to truly unplug and be pampered, this is it. We’re already planning our return trip!"
Property is nice... Species... Rooms are good..
Location is good.. Road touch.. But there is no market area nearby... And very difficult to get local transportation....
No nearby attractions....
Owner please upgrade caretaker teem...
Riva house is very well located at river side after xing the bridge. Ambience is Good , great swimming pool . Riva cost is on higher side . If one is willing to spend extra pennies then this is Good and serenity place to stay of Northern Goa . Food is not available here but nearby few options are available. Two caretakers are present in property 24x7 .
Why one star? Let me explain-
Rooms- Pretty spacious but room service in 4 days- not even once. Bed sheets and towels were not replaced. So not worth the price we paid
Building: Very close to highway with no compound walls
Wifi: Not rectified even after complaining every day. Staff was not responsive.
Overall: I would suggest this place only if service quality is improved. Otherwise a big no because you could get a better place for the amount you pay.
