Great place to stay, very quiet and away from the city, surrounded by nature. wifi available in side the place as soon as we check in and very much needed as the cell service are not available in and around the property.
Mr. Cristovao is a great host, responsive and arranged our late night check in. Rina didi, the caretaker, was also sooper sweet. Did not like Mr. Laxman, never met him but didn't like the tone he replied to our call.
Kitchen is equipped with the necessary cutlery and also a refrigerator. Swiggy delivery is available from nearby restaurants. The pool is clean and well kept. The rooms and surrounding looks exactly like the pictures provided.
Tip: Call the host or the caretaker well before you reach the property as there is no cell service around the property. Once you check in you can use the wifi. Also, bring mosquito repellent cream or spray, you would want to sit outside the room and enjoy the greenary and there are a lot of mosquitos.
Overall, highly recommend this place.

It is away from the hustle and bustle of it all .. quite , peaceful and you truly feel one with nature.
We woke up to the birds chirping every morning and were lucky to see so many varieties of birds in the property. The rooms are a esthetically done and self contained.
The property is meticulously kept, with lots of greenery all around.
All in all a great place to relax and rejuvenate.
We spent three peaceful, blissful nights at this haven. Had to get away from the hustle/ bustle of Candolim. Luckily it happned to be our 40th anniversary, so it was a Divine blessing.
The beautiful place is in a valley surrounded by nature. Birds, including peacocks and fauna, bliss is what this place is. This place has a pool filled with mineral water from the nearby spring on the property. As it's a farm where chickens and ducks abound, it felt so healthy.
We were very glad to have found such a peaceful place, where we had a much needed R&R.
The place is well maintained with all amenities for a comfortable stay.
Food can be prepared in the full kitchens or ordered in from a resturant close by. They deliver, with a delivery fee, restaurant, supermarket goods and liquor, (for guests without wheels). Quality food and reasonably priced.
Intend to bring my family for a longer stay.
Please try it out, if you need to rejuvenate, need peace and calm, you will not regret it.
Taking walks in the resort and venturing just outside is very safe and scenic.

Villa is very nicely done, private pool, ample garden area to walk around, clean and pristine!
Zomato delivers almost everything, so you’re not going to starve! Extremely helpful owners and team as well!
Amazing farmhouse! Very spacious and well maintained villas. Pool is clean and the host and staff are very helpful. There are vintage cars, chickens, dogs, cats and everything that a farmhouse could have. It is away from the city noise, very peaceful area. Would recommend having your own/rented vehicle.
