Loved the resort and the amenities of the resort, pool was well maintained and clean, food could have been better, overall a 4.5 star experience... Would definitely suggest to stay here...
This is without a doubt the most disgusting place I have ever set foot in. The room had clearly not been cleaned for months—hair was everywhere: on the floors, furniture, and in the bed. Including pubic hair. The mirrors were so filthy it was completely impossible to see your own reflection. The mattresses were covered in suspicious liquid stains, and the sheets, towels, and pillows were all heavily stained and revolting.
The faucet was so loose it was barely usable, and there was mold practically everywhere. The toilet was so foul that I would rather have used an outdoor latrine. After months of obvious neglect, what was needed was a clinical sanitation, not a so-called “cleaning.”
At reception we were told it would take ten minutes. Despite clearly pointing out that the floors needed to be mopped and vacuumed, the headboard cleaned of grime and old luggage marks, and that the sheets and towels had to be replaced, we were left with the exact same dirty linens, filthy mirrors, and all the other issues we had pointed out. The guy who supposedly “cleaned” just grabbed a broom and pushed the dirt around—nothing more.
They refused to give us a new room and instead demanded that we pay extra to avoid staying in the filth. The Wi-Fi does not work at all, and the staff are consistently rude and uninterested.
I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely vile.
Great place to stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommended!
The rooms are very scary and uncomfortable. Even though they offer them at a lower price, the condition is extremely poor. The rooms feel like closed dens with no proper ventilation or fresh air. It was very suffocating and unpleasant. Definitely not recommended.

4 months agoOne of the best stays I had in Anjuna ,they have open pool AC/non AC rooms in rooms , dining area it's a good resort with reasonable price
