5 months agoI can’t thank Dr. Urvashi enough. I had a deep cut on my foot while I was in Goa, staying in Colva, and was really worried it would ruin my trip. But she treated me so well that I was able to recover quickly and continue traveling without any discomfort. She’s not only an excellent doctor but also such a warm and fun person to be around. Truly a lifesaver!

a year agoI recently used this organization’s home blood collection service and had a very disappointing and concerning experience. While the weather was difficult due to rain, basic hygiene should never be compromised. The technician arrived without gloves and did not disinfect the skin with an alcohol swab before drawing blood. When I asked, she casually said she had forgotten the gloves — which is completely unacceptable. She used a shared cotton ball from her bag for both me and my partner, handled it with bare hands, and didn’t use standard individually packed alcohol swabs. She also used a vein finder tool on both of us without cleaning it in between, and I cannot confirm if it was sanitized at all before use — a serious risk of cross-contamination. When we contacted the doctor, she dismissed our concerns, insisted there was “some alcohol” on the cotton (though we couldn’t smell or feel any), and only said she’d ensure gloves are used “next time.” I strongly do not recommend this service. This shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for basic medical safety. In many countries, such violations can result in license suspension — and rightfully so.

Doctor Urvashi handled it all really well and was with us even after we came back to Bangalore and helped in healing our group member. The dedicated of the doctor and the staff members here is commendable. For a tourist like me, finding out this place was a blessing at the right time. Without a doubt so visit them for any emergencies as they have all sorts of facilities here!
