Pastry Cottage Patto is the best Cafe for snacks, pastries, Juice, shakes ,Cold coffee n many more
I would like to share my feedback because I usually visit Pastry Cottage 2-3 times in week.
I have been thier customer since a Very Long time
All the food items they sell are 10/10
Specially Chocolate Truffle Cake, Chicken Patties, donuts, Different types of pastries, Brownie's Chicken Cafreal Bread and Chicken Maxican are to the point👌👌.
All thier food items are very tasty n delicious , even thier staff Mr. Prakash, Mes. Priya and Nalini, all 3 are very cooperative.
Best place if anyone in search for A Cafe or to chill n relex.

I sent our office lady to buy a nimbu paani for me. When I tasted it, it had a strong bitter, medicine-like taste, as if some expired concentrate or liquid had been used. It was completely undrinkable, so I threw it away.
The next day, when she informed the staff about it, the lady at the counter didn’t even let her explain the issue. There was no apology, and she was extremely rude.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behavior. Every time I visit, the same staff member is unfriendly, dismissive, and acts as if she’s doing customers a favor instead of serving them. On one occasion, I asked for a lemon soda. She said they didn’t have it. Then I asked about lemon water, and she again said no. I could clearly see bottles of nimbu paani in the fridge, and only after I pointed to them did she say, “That’s nimbu paani.” She never even asked if I wanted it.
The quality of the drink was disappointing, but the rude customer service was even worse. I hope the owner addresses this issue because this is not how paying customers should be treated.

I generally have the butter cream chocolate eclair, Walnut log or chicken pan roll.
The staff at the Patto outlet, Priya & Prakash are very warm and helpful. Definitely the star attraction of the outlet.
Went in there to get a pastry..the girl working there rolled her eyes atleast 5 times for absolutely no reason. This was the first time I went there and would never go back. The pastry wasn't fresh either. Wasted my money. Would recommend going to the Caranzalem branch instead.
Is a little bit smaller than the Caranzalem branch, yet it has warm and welcoming environment.I had the coffee, doughnuts, and puffs; everything was good. I would rather go to the Carazalem one for the ambience and service it offers.
