We booed through goamiles app, which backfired as they advanced it for a day and then their customer care numbers were not working. After lot of efforts we could reschedule it to the original date. The experience over cruise was below average as the anchor was pretty ordinary with a poor sense of humor. The games arranged were stupid, and dance as well performances pretty ordinary. The food was okayish

We booked the sunset cruise for Rs.500/- per person. We were asked to park our vehicle in a building on the opposite side of the road to Santa Monica Jetty Terminal. There's a connecting walkway from that building directly into the terminal. Was a bit disappointed that the cruise didn't leave on time. Air conditioning was good, but overall experience was just about fine.

Ok cruise. Have few dance performance and games. Top deck is open for view, in middle deck there are perfomances. In lower, they will have buffet dinner. Dinner quality is ok. Music volume was low.

⚠️ Avoid Paradise Cruise! Horrible experience and zero hospitality. We booked a sunset tour, and it completely ruined our night. There is absolutely no seating on the upper deck, even when it isn't raining. Due to mere speculation of rain, the staff forced everyone into the lower covered deck. The inside area was completely overcrowded and didn't even have enough space to comfortably accommodate all the guests. When you book a cruise, you pay for the view and the experience, not to be locked inside a cramped room. We had senior citizens with us who still wanted to enjoy the sunset from above. We politely asked multiple times to move just two plastic chairs upstairs for them, but the crew harshly and rudely refused. To make matters worse, we could see other cruise lines nearby allowing their guests to sit outside and enjoy the view, rain or shine. The crew was extremely uncooperative, harsh, and lacked basic empathy. Save your money and book elsewhere!

This river cruise with dinner in Goa is definitely a pleasant leisure activity and a nice way to spend an evening. Views, atmosphere, and overall concept are enjoyable, making it a good experience for relaxation. However, there is space for improvement. The cost-cutting measures are quite noticeable across several aspects—from the transport provided from Calangute to the onboard experience, including food and drinks. At times, this can make the experience feel less value for money. That said, the issue seems more about how the experience is managed and presented. With better planning, improved resources, and a stronger focus on customer comfort and quality, this could easily become a much more satisfying and in-demand experience. Overall, it’s worth trying once for the experience, but there is definite potential for it to be much better.
