We had a wonderful stay at Jasminn Hotel, Betalbatim, South Goa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was neat and spotless, creating a perfect place to relax and unwind.
What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special thank you to the reception team – Wendell , Somon, Kily, Beverly and Lycentra (not sure of the spelling)– who were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist us with every request. From the booking process to ensuring all our needs were taken care of during our stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even when we faced internet connectivity issues, they promptly helped us and ensured everything was sorted out.
We would also like to appreciate the wonderful restaurant team – Pravin, Nagesh, Neston, Iaki, and Melvin. Their hospitality was outstanding, and the food was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious, and every meal was served with warmth and care.
Throughout our stay, the staff regularly checked on us to see if we needed anything and were always ready to guide and assist us. Their genuine concern for guests and attention to detail made us feel truly valued.
Thank you to the entire Jasminn Hotel team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Goa and look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasminn Hotel for three days. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were graciously provided with an early check-in upon request, which was greatly appreciated. The refreshing kokum juice served on arrival was a lovely welcome gesture.
To make our stay even more special, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and provides a very comfortable atmosphere.
What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Kelly and Lycentta for their kindness, professionalism, and for assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. Their warm and attentive service made our experience even more memorable.
