I wanted to treat my mom and sister to a birthday getaway in South Goa, so I spent hours searching for a special place to stay, something with character, history, and charm, much like Silva Heritage Hotel. After what felt like endless research, I finally came across this property, and it seemed absolutely worth it. My parents were overjoyed, and seeing how happy they were made the entire trip even more meaningful for me. What truly makes this place special, however, goes far beyond its beautiful architecture and homely atmosphere. Every member of the team, from the owner and head chef to the restaurant staff and housekeeping team, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.✨ The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Every morning we looked forward to it. Another lovely touch was the altar right outside my parents' room, which allowed my mother to pray each day and made her feel especially at home. Their room, with its balcony overlooking the lush garden, was simply spectacular. 🌸 I also loved spending time in the courtyard and admired the beautifully designed restaurant interiors. The amount of love, care, and thought that has gone into restoring this 350-year-old villa shines through in every detail. The entire property has a warmth and positive energy that is difficult to put into words. This wasn't just a hotel stay. It felt like being welcomed into a home with a rich history, soulful character, and wonderful people. Thank you for making our South Goa trip so memorable. ♥️✨

I had a wonderfully refreshing experience at Silva Heritage! The scenic environment was so mesmerizing that it truly felt like a holiday🌴. From the restaurant, to the pool, to the rooms, the entire property was extremely well maintained. In fact, every single person was very warm and homely, that it lifted our spirits every day. Inacio from the Silva team was extremely pleasant to talk to, and was very cooperative throughout our 4 night stay at Silva👍. And the owner Mr. Sunny Antao, an extremely grounded gentleman, was kind enough to keep checking on us. He is indeed a very humble and good human being.👌 In fact, his time with us was one of the highlights of our stay. 💯 Totally happy with my experience. Plus the view was totally worth it! 🌴Couldn't have asked for more! ⚡️

What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the staff, who made us feel at home throughout our stay. The peaceful surroundings, stunning architecture, delicious food, and serene atmosphere make this a perfect getaway for anyone looking to experience authentic Goa beyond the usual tourist spots. A lovely, peaceful stay at this charming home-turned-hotel. The pool and lawn are perfect for both kids and adults to relax and play. The food was consistently delicious, which made a big difference since we ended up spending a lot of time on the property. Special shout out to the Chef , Mayur and Rahul and everyone else in the very warm , hospitable and helpful staff for an overall easy, stress-free experience. Exactly the kind of quiet break we were looking for.

A beautiful boutique hotel with true five star service. The entire property is incredibly clean and so thoughtfully maintained. What really sets it apart though is the people. The staff treat the hotel like their own home and extend that same warmth to every guest. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. No request was ever too small. Whether it was offering to braid our girls’ hair for a wedding event, taking our laundry for a wash, dry and iron and returning it the very same day, cooking special dishes on request, or checking in on our daughter when she was feeling unwell for a couple of days, every gesture was thoughtful and sincere. Our children felt completely at home from day one. They happily roamed around the courtyard, played freely, greeted staff with confidence and warmth, and were embraced by everyone. It felt safe, relaxed and genuinely welcoming. The food deserves special mention. Breakfast was delicious, with a different Indian preparation each day which we loved. The peri peri chicken was sensational and the pancakes were an absolute hit with the kids. As it is a boutique hotel the rooms differ considerably but all in keeping with the historic relevance of the building. Some rooms are bigger and more spacious and may have different bathrooms. The location is good, but things didn’t seem walkable distance away. That being said taxis weren’t expensive so getting anywhere is simple enough.
