CREMEUX – PORVORIM

I often visit Cremeux, mostly for their pastries, and it has been amazing to see how the place has evolved over the years. Cremeux has consistently gotten better, not only in terms of its overall look and feel but also in the quality of the food they serve. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the interiors to the presentation of the dishes, which really enhances the overall experience. The ambience and vibe of the place make you want to stay longer than planned. It’s warm, comfortable, and inviting, whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or spending time catching up with friends. It’s the kind of café where you can relax, unwind, and truly enjoy the moment. The staff deserve a special mention. They are very understanding, polite, and informative, which makes ordering easy and pleasant. The service is quick without feeling rushed, and they are always happy to help with recommendations or suggestions. During my recent visit, I ordered the Eggs along with a café latte. The senior staff member informed me that there was an offer available on the order, which was a pleasant surprise. Since it was just three days after Christmas, the offer turned out to be a buy-one-get-one-free deal. That was honestly amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Cremeux continues to impress me every time I visit. With its excellent food quality, great service, and welcoming atmosphere, it remains one of my favorite places to visit for both pastries and a relaxed café experience.

Yesterday I took a cake for my dad's birthday and had a small wish that I wanted to had a a very decorative on upper layer so I took an image from Google and told told to write the same the entire staff was so sweet that they helped in fullfil my wish ur was not an 100% match but yeah it was around 90-95% match but still very much happy and satisfied from hardwork and teamwork

Blueberry cheesecake is not that good not much flavour of blueberry they just add whipped cream n top it w blueberry jam ,cremax Panjim has better n tastier cheesecakes

Although food quality is good, the service experience today i had was bad. They made me wait for almost 30mins to get my order. They always take 15mins cause they make fresh food but apparently a customer in the cafe is not important as compared to an online order. I mean atleast have the decency to apologise after making me wait for so long, instead of directly asking me about payment. Even when I order online I expect delays for multiple reasons but when at the cafe/store theres an understanding of time factor. Not everybody has an off on a Sunday to be casual and have a relaxing breakfast. The person taking my order seemed more interested in what songs were playing instead of ensuring timely service! I probably dont think I'm gonna be visiting anytime soon, and would recommend the same to my friends. Visit this place if u have extra time in hand else order online, you'll be preferred..!

Cremeux Cafe and Bistro, Porvorim Visited in the afternoon and had a disappointing experience with the cappuccino. The preparation was not up to the mark — it lacked proper blending and didn’t resemble a standard cappuccino at all. What made the experience worse was that the staff argued instead of understanding the feedback when I pointed it out. As someone who has experience running cafés in Bangalore, I can clearly say this is not how a cappuccino should be prepared or how customer feedback should be handled. This needs serious attention — both in terms of staff training and customer service approach. Kindly invest more time in training the team and maintaining consistency in quality. As a gesture to make up for this experience, I would appreciate if the café could offer 2 complimentary cappuccinos on my next visits.
