Average hotel in Karmali area (old Goa), a lil bit inside. That last 100mts is slightly uphill and narrow road but very less traffic so should be fine. We stayed 2nights here in their individual rooms (not cottages). Rooms are spacious (one big bedroom and a side small room (for kids). Maintenance can be improved quite a bit. Bed linens, toiletries, towels all are clean. The exterior charm and appeal is not maintained for the rooms inside. Plenty of parking. Clean pool. Not many food options in walking distance. For the price we got for Dec it was very pocket friendly.
Had a superb stay at Cozy Woods Hill Resort in North Goa. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. The view from the property was absolutely amazing, especially during sunset. Peaceful vibe, great hospitality. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.
The name says it all. COZY WOODS, really very cozy and feel the fresh air around the place with greenery all around and well looked after garden. Very clean , and the swimming pool is a great place to chill with clean water and its surrounding. The rooms are very clean, big n spacious with lots of sunlight coming through the glass panels. The staff is very courteous and ever willing to help. To top it all the restaurant serves delicious food and hot tea on a relaxed rainy day. As you open your eyes to a new day the chirping of the birds and rays of light through the glass panels reminds you of God's love for His creation. You should visit this place to experience it yourself.

Loved the place. Absolutely amazing and at a good location. Been at the location during off season and was very peaceful.
Being off season service was on the slower side but the team present were on the best and ensured our comfort.
Celebrated one of my colleagues bday and the cottages were on spot. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and noise proof. We were a group of 7 and yet all of us fit in one cottage. The pool was clean and maintained so was the property.
Definitely a must visit during monsoon if you wanna lay back and relax!

Cozy woods as it's name suggests is the coziest place to visit, may it be a weekend getaway or a staycation with family or friends. The property is very clean and well maintained. All the services, food, rooms were great. The staff was approachable and friendly all through the day. It is an amazing place to disconnect from the worries of the world and connect with nature and your loved ones. We recently visited this place for a Day stay although we would love to visit again for a Night stay. Overall it was a lovely experience and worth every penny!
