CASTLE HOUSE

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience during my stay at Castle House, Calangute, Goa. During my stay, my mobile phone went missing from the property. This was not a small inconvenience—it contained my personal data, contacts, banking apps, photos, and other important information. I immediately searched everywhere and informed the concerned people, but I did not receive the level of support or urgency I expected. I eventually had to visit Calangute Police Station and file an official Missing Article Report. Even after one month, my phone has still not been recovered. What disappointed me the most was the apparent lack of effective security measures. For a property that accommodates many tourists, I expected better security arrangements, proper monitoring, and more proactive assistance in situations like this. Guest safety and the security of personal belongings should be a top priority for any accommodation. While I understand that the hotel may not be directly responsible for every lost item, I believe they have a responsibility to maintain a safe environment and assist guests promptly when such incidents occur. Unfortunately, my experience did not give me that confidence. I am sharing my experience so that other travelers can take extra precautions if they choose to stay here. Please do not leave your valuables unattended, and always keep your belongings secure. I sincerely hope the management improves its security system, installs or upgrades surveillance where necessary, and provides better support to guests facing such unfortunate situations. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone for whom safety and security are important.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Castle House, Calangute, Goa, and it remains our preferred choice whenever we visit. The ambience is pleasant, the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool is very well maintained. The highlight of this resort is the excellent hospitality. The manager and the staff at the bar/kitchen counter are extremely polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food is delicious, and the complimentary breakfast is good and well prepared. Their good behavior and attentive service are the main reasons we return here repeatedly. For Baga Beach lovers and pub enthusiasts, this property is a great option, especially for those traveling with their own vehicle. The beach and popular nightlife spots are just a 10-minute drive away, making the location both convenient and peaceful. Overall, Castle House offers great comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for families and travelers visiting Calangute.

Worst experience ever , we checked in this may 2026. They didn’t mention about restaurant services. Which are closed due to scarcity of gas.Hotel is not even providing dishes, spoon and glass to eat . Ac not working. My goa trip with my family got ruined for services of this hotel.

Cozy and comfortable rooms are good staff is well behaving. No intercom in room you have to use your phone to call room service or restaurant. My stay here was very pleasant and peaceful i like the location it is few meters from main road in peaceful location yet near by main road.

Perfect place to stay. Food is great drinks very good price. Staff very helpful
