24th to 27th 2026 1. Room quality was poor and completely different from the photos shown online. 2. My room was located near the maintenance/storage area and had a constant bad smell from paints, chemicals, and cleaning materials. 3. Cigarette smell was also coming from nearby workers’ rooms. 4. My children faced allergy problems because of the bad odour and unhealthy room environment. 5. Room service was very slow. Even basic things like drinking water were delivered very late many times. 6. Housekeeping response and room cleaning service were careless and lethargic. 7. Staff behaviour regarding laundry penalties felt dishonest. Minor faint spots were intentionally pointed out to demand extra charges, especially if tips were not given. 8. Breakfast quality was inconsistent. Only one day was good. 9. On other days, breakfast quality was poor and looked heavily budget-cut by management. 10. The canned juice served during breakfast was low quality. 11. By the third day, I completely avoided having breakfast there because of poor experience. 12. Swimming pool was not cleaned or maintained properly. Water hygiene looked unsafe for children. 13. Parking facility is poorly managed. Vehicles may get damaged because fruits/debris fall from nearby trees. 14. Room walls had bad paint patches and unfinished maintenance marks. 15. The only positive experience was the older watchman/security person at the gate. He was respectful, polite, and professional. 16. Overall, this hotel does not provide value for money and management seriously needs improvement in hygiene, maintenance, and customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly delightful experience. The hospitality was excellent - the staff was courteous, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. My heartfelt compliments to the head chef and the entire team for their superb work and dedication behind the scenes. The locality is also fantastic and added great value to our overall experience. Thank you for such a memorable time. Highly recommended and we will definitely be visiting again!

Great Stay.....Rooms are clean and neat. Good atmosphere, good vibes. Best part here is food, though it's breakfast, lunch or dinner..The taste is best...They offer veriety every day. It's very hygienic as well..Specially The restaurant staff is very polite , nice and takes care of your requirements very well..We have toddler along, so they took care of providing different menu apart from their regular Menu...Thank you chef Mr.Bhuvan for planning such a nice and tasty menu everyday..Surjeet and I donno the names of all but all their staff who keeps themselves on toes for your requirements We enjoyed our stay here....Food made it more fun

Had an amazing experience with this company during our Goa trip! Everything was well managed and perfectly organized. Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently had a wonderful stay at Calux Joia Do Mar Resort in North Goa and would highly recommend it! The property is very nice, offering a serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the Goan vibe. A special mention to Sridevi at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She ensured both my check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. We stayed in room D13 which is there premium category. Rooms are well equipped and stay feels peaceful.
