A great place to visit, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The Basilica of Bom Jesus is set in a lush green area and features beautiful architecture. It's a serene spot with impressive interiors and artifacts. It’s a perfect spot for those seeking both cultural enrichment and a moment of calm in a beautifully verdant location.
One of the most spiritual sites of the city. The church has a very special place in the hearts of Goans.
Almost 500 years of history and religion is captured in this spell bounding place of workship.
People travel from across the world to visit this church. They request no photography inside therefore I have taken no pictures within the building.
There are two beautiful gift shops near the exit which can help you shop some beautiful memorabilia. I definitely got some for me. You can use a local guide or do the visit on your own.

It’s a big enougu church and mostly crowded. If you want to buy from stall inside church, you have to carry cash since they dont accept upi or have ant card payments
Washrooms at two spots behind church are maintained well with hygenie.
