We stayed here for 4 days. Liked very much so extended our stay by 1 day. Very. cooperative staff. Surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can relax. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere gives positive vibes. At a walking distance from Morjim beach. Car parking available. Breakfast is buffet type and very tasty. TV, fridge, AC all OK. Cleanliness maintained. It is best and safe for couples.They arranged a rental 2 wheeler for us. Pool view cottages and garden view cottages on first and ground floors. We booked on Agoda.
To start with, the room was dirty, bathroom smelly and equipped with an non working AC. The AC was "fixed" post 4.5 hrs of checkin and we checked in almost 4 hrs later than normal time. Huge gap between door and wall, when informed, the owner said no one comes here ignoring the pest and mosquito infiltration issue. The table in balcony was full of dust. Pool filtration was not working and it was obviously dirty. 2nd day our lock broken and it seemed it was normal as no one bothered to fix it and remained so till check out time. Pathetic hotel with pathetic service. Geyser doesn't work in the bathroom. The photos shared by Anu Chopra was taken when it was build. Do not book this hotel if you wish a comfortable stay. Rather book nearby hotels, they are better than this one. We went with my dog who suffered due to the AC issue. Owner requested change of room when it was too late claiming the hotel was full but we denied cause we were too tired with the lies and aweful service. Nothing is as shown and promised. Strictly not advised. Much better property available at the same price. Do not ruin your holiday. All is a scam and specially do not trust them. They take 100% payment before even they show you the room. So you are left with no option. Really pathetic experience.
Boho by the beach is awesome place to chill and heal!! 100 metres walk to the serene beach and still budget friendly property. Thank you team boho for our wonderful stay!!
Accomodation was very comfortable and friendly. Staff is also supportive and polite in nature. It's 2 mins walking from the beach, we will surely consider this for stay whenever next time we visit Goa.

Bad Experience
Honestly, I would say reviews are misleading, seeing the reviews I booked this place & got a very good deal by connecting with the property directly.
However I had a really bad & inconvenient experience. Room size is fine only for 2 people maximum, we were group of 3 so it got really congested & had no place to move around in the room. Bathrooms had a very weird smell and was dirty , though they had cleaned it before our check in but it was still dirty & stinky and a big cockroach & a snail in the washroom & another insect in the room which really got us creeped out.
They provided only 2 medium size water bottle at the time of check in and after that water bottles were chargeable & their stock of water bottles got over the next day so for very long we had to wait for water & eventually they brought us water in a hot water kettle that was also dirty at the bottom.
Their breakfast/food was also below average.
Only good thing about this property was that it’s 5 minutes walk from Morjim beach & the property manger Mr Hari Om was very prompt with assistance.
