AVEENO VILLAS – PALETTE SALIGAO PORVORIM

Overall, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the owner, were very rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. There was absolutely zero hospitality, and we never felt welcomed or valued as guests. The cleanliness standards were poor, and the property was highly unhygienic, making our stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the villa didn’t even provide basic amenities. There wasn’t even a dustbin or a doormat, which are fundamental necessities for any accommodation. This further reflected the poor maintenance and lack of attention to guests’ comfort. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly for two days. After several arguments and repeated follow-ups, the management agreed to compensate us for the inconvenience. However, when it was time to honor that commitment, they backed out and refused to provide any compensation. During checkout, they kept asking us to wait and did not even return our security deposit. Since we had a train to catch, we had no choice but to leave without receiving it. Since then, they have not been answering our phone calls or responding to our attempts to contact them. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We sincerely hope the management takes responsibility for these issues and makes significant improvements in their hospitality, customer service, cleanliness, maintenance, and professionalism.

Very Very disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty, unhygienic, and had old, poorly maintained furniture. The property did not match the photos that were shown during booking—they appeared to be of a different villa. We paid an advance of ₹15,000, but after seeing the actual condition of the property, we decided not to stay. Unfortunately, the advance was not refunded. Overall, it was a very poor experience with Veda Hospitality Management. I would advise others to verify the property thoroughly before making any advance payment. Please don’t book any villas or apartments here as this is a personal request from my end

One of the worst villas we have ever stayed in. We booked this villa for a family group of 20 people in July 2026, and it was a very disappointing experience. The staff showed us different photos while booking that did not match the actual property. They also asked for an extra advance payment. They promised several facilities before the booking, but most of them were either unavailable or not working. Some of the major issues were: * No hot water. * No proper cooking utensils. * No usable gas stove. * Poor maintenance and inadequate facilities overall. Before confirming the booking, they agreed to every request, but once we arrived, the reality was completely different. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially large families or groups. Please be careful before booking

As we went to check-in room which was shown to us was very smelly I requested to give other room then the receptionist took me to other room which was not yet ready. Room was messed ( lack of service I can call it for) later one more room (204) which was horrible by entering we found rat foul smell and room furnitures were not in good condition . Again they gave me one more villa which was made me vomiting. This place is not good for stay. Worst experience. Rooms were having bad smell dirty linens. Lady receptionist told you have got room for less price this was worst behaviour

I had a very disappointing experience staying at Aveeno Villas. The property suffers from extremely poor maintenance — it feels neglected and not properly managed at all. The room had noticeable dampness, which made the environment uncomfortable and unhealthy. There was also a persistent bad odour throughout the room that did not go away, no matter what we tried. On top of that, the air conditioning was not working, which made the stay even more unpleasant, especially considering the climate. Overall, the lack of basic upkeep and essential amenities made this a frustrating experience. If you don’t get have any place to stay or you have more money and don’t know where to spend then stay here and waste your money.
