⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Westin Goa was truly special and one that our family will remember for a long time. ❤️ The food was simply superb! There was such an amazing variety, and every meal had something new and delicious to look forward to. But what made the experience even more special for us was the personal touch. A very special thank you to Chef Gambit Rawat and Chef Ronit for preparing the authentic Dahi Vada Aloo Dum, especially for my wife, as it is her absolute favourite. They got it just perfect and absolutely nailed it! 👏 It was not just a dish—it was a thoughtful gesture that made my wife genuinely happy. The warmth of the staff also stood out throughout our stay. Bhavna at the Front Desk was absolutely wonderful—so warm, helpful and welcoming. Her smile and genuine care made us feel like we were being looked after by someone who truly cared about our stay. For us, it wasn’t just about the beautiful property or the great food. It was about these little personal gestures and the people behind them that made our Westin experience memorable. I generally don't write reviews after my hotel stays, but this time I simply had to. Our stay was made truly memorable because of Miss Bhawana Rai. From the moment we booked this hotel, she didn't treat us like just another guest checking into a hotel—she welcomed us with the warmth and care of someone receiving guests into her own home. Every request, big or small, was handled with genuine enthusiasm, and she went out of her way to ensure we were as comfortable and happy as possible. Throughout our stay, she checked in with us every day to make sure everything was perfect and that we weren't facing any issues. What touched us the most was that she even helped us book an outside venue through her personal contacts, something that was completely beyond her regular responsibilities. That level of care and ownership is rare to find. She truly understands the meaning of "Atithi Devo Bhava." She is undoubtedly a true asset to the Marriott brand, and her dedication to creating memorable guest experiences deserves the highest appreciation. We sincerely wish her all the very best for her future journey and are confident she will continue to make a positive impact wherever she goes. A special mention also goes to The Market restaurant team and their manager. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and warmth were exceptional throughout our stay and perfectly complemented the wonderful experience created by the hotel. I had an amazing stay at The Westin Goa for three nights, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
