I really appreciate the hotel the staff . Each and every staff was welcoming . It was really a nice experience staying at Novotel Dona Sylvia. The property is beautiful and maintained. Really would like to thank SHRUJAL for always cross checking on us and keeping and room clean and maintain. The food was nice and staff was welcoming. Thanks for a great stay .
My stay was excellent,wonderful l. Nice peaceful weather with light showers. The rooms are clean and tidy. Housekeeping was excellent. Shrujal and milson both were very helpful,nice and polite. Had a comfortable stay
1. Room quality- Very Poor. A.C, mini bar/fridge etc don't work. Broken tiles, bugs & mosquitoes
2. Service request TAT- Very Poor. In-room dining orders take over 1 hour to deliver.
3. Restaurant area: Service pathetic. When you go for breakfast-They'll say "Sir u can't enter, Pls wait in the waiting area". Cutlery not available on tables. Breakfast area is non AC with flies everywhere and average food
4. Kebabs & Kurries Restaurant: worst in the world with 1.15 hours of waiting.
5. Swimming pool area: horribly smelly, you'll feel like puking
6. Gaming zone: Everything is on chargeable basis, why the hell should one pay & play. They could keep free upto a certain time or attempts and then charge beyond that.
7. Housekeeping is poor. Unless you ask for towels explicitly they won't deliver. God knows what they are doing with towels..LOL
The only positive is proximity to the beach. Radisson Hotel next door is much much better eventhough both Novotel & Radisson belong to the same family/ franchise and BOTH HOTELS ARE INTER- CONNECTED.
NOVOTEL Signage is the only good thing- rest everything is poor.
The Novotel Goa dona Sylvia resort is the best place to spend a vacation. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Services and food were good.
Overall the stay was great.
I would really like to appreciate the way hotel maintained and it's clean. The rooms are maintained and are clean. The garden area is lush green and nice. Overall the hotel is nice
