Absolutely loved this place. From the ambiance to the cocktails, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. The bar has a stylish yet relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The atmosphere is energetic without being overwhelming, the music sets the mood perfectly, and the staff genuinely know their craft. Every recommendation felt thoughtful, and the presentation of each drink was top-tier. A must visit for anyone who appreciates inventive cocktails and a great night out. Highly recommend trying the First Cigarette and Dirty Shetty — they alone are worth coming back for.

Absolutely amazing time was had the ambience , music and food were amazing especially the drinks which were created and curated by the master bartender Rachel were superb and fun to drink overall , would definitely go again and bring my friends too had the best time of my life

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt necessary. Backroom is one of those places where you can tell there’s actual thought and intention behind everything being served. The cocktails aren’t your standard, predictable mixes - each one feels properly crafted. I tried a Rasam cocktail (something I’d never even heard of before), and it completely surprised me. I’ve never been a Rasam person, but I’ve genuinely been craving it since. That says a lot. What I loved most is that nothing feels mass-made. Every drink feels like it’s been put together with care, not just poured out of a system. Even the food, which I usually don’t care much for when I’m drinking, was standout. The truffle bread was a favourite, the pork belly was incredibly soft (even for someone who doesn’t usually eat pork), and even something as simple as the pesto omelette was done so well. It’s rare to find a place where everything on the menu hits. You can really see the experience and passion that’s gone into building this - it shows in every plate and every glass. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Goa!!!!

What a find! A hidden gem right in Anjuna where you can Sip your Cocktails along with great conversations. Lovely vibe & love the idea of community based events that Gagan & Rutuja hold. Amazing bites with one of the best cocktails ive had.

Backroom strikes a rare balance between refined mixology and an unpretentious atmosphere. The cocktail programme is thoughtfully curated, with each drink showcasing technique without compromising approachability. The food complements the bar exceptionally well—I particularly enjoyed the Potli Balchao and Pâté Naan. Service was attentive, knowledgeable and never intrusive. It’s refreshing to find a venue that values quality over gimmicks. Easily one of the most memorable dining and cocktail experiences in Goa. My pretty friend Rutuja owns the bar too! so please do visit
