This resort is one of the goa's most cost effective and safe ones.
Good:
1. Rooms were clean, tidy, backyard area was good with nice seating.
2. Bathrooms were good, with all supplies, and hot water all time.
3. Room service was super quick and humble staff.
Could be better:
1. I think they need to lower the music at night, it's really frustrating for the guests who want to sleep. I have heard loud music noise till 12am.
2. The rooms are made of wood, I can easily hear all noise from upper floor. Walkings, climbing stairs etc..
Bad:
1. I think the breakfast option is way to expensive and the other food items as well.
2. There is not proper parking space, I had to park in open field.
The property is beautiful — clean, well-kept grounds, comfortable rooms with sea breezes, and easy access to the beach. The food at the on-site restaurant was fresh and tasty, with a good selection for breakfast and relaxed dinner options.
Overall, The Living Room Beach Resort offers great value, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service — special thanks to Mitesh and Darshan for making our visit so pleasant. We’ll happily return and recommend this resort to friends and family.

The property is located right off the beach in conjunction with famous sundowner morjim culture and it ticks all the points for the family and groups for comfortable stay, beautiful location, isolated from crowd, calm, peaceful and an tranquil. Service was good and staff courteous. We made the booking with breakfast and it turned out to be good wide variety menu (at morjim culture). Thanks LR for great hospitality.

The location is unbeatable, offering immediate access to the beautiful, serene Morjim beach.The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service.
