If you're looking for a spot in Anjuna that hits all the right notes, Mexicola is an absolute must-visit. I was blown away by the food; they serve some truly amazing burgers that are juicy and packed with flavor, and their tacos are easily some of the best I’ve had in Goa (the fish tacos are a total standout!).
What really takes the experience to the next level is the live music. It creates such a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that makes you want to stay all night. Between the colorful decor, the killer margaritas, and the soulful tunes, it’s the perfect place for a fun evening with friends. Great service and even better vibes!
Great place for dinner with some nice cocktails. It's not loud like other dinner places. Ambience is cozy for a couple or small groups. Try their signature cocktails they're very delicious.
Such a below average experience. The owners and chefs clearly don’t understand Mexican cuisine at all.
I mean I admire their courage to price the veg burrito bowl at ₹575++ but at that price you better also have the skills to serve delicious Mexican cuisine. In Pune or Mumbai, Mexicola would not survive 3 months.
The burrito bowl completely lacked Mexican flavours—no depth whatsoever. The proportions were wrong: way too much rice, absolutely no fajitas, tiny helping of beans, guacamole that was at least 2 days old, and sour cream and salsa that are most likely store bought and not made in house. The salsa tastes EXACTLY like the veeba salsa.
Mexicola will have a tough time if Maiz Mexican opened a store in Goa. Hell, even California Burrito is better than this!
I tried hard to find some redeeming element to this disappointing (delivery) meal, but sadly there was none.
Small warm and cozy hole in the wall kind of place in Anjuna. One of the few Mexican restaurants in goa. The food was clean simple and loaded with flavour. Everything we ordered was delicious. I love Mexican food and this is a good find in goa.
The staff is attentive and the ambience is also casual and welcoming.
