We were looking for a nice sunset spot with good food, and this place was even better than we expected. The sunset was amazing, and we took lots of photos. We had cocktails, beef chilly fry, prawns, chicken cafreal, and grilled kingfish steak, all tasted great. For dessert, we suggest the hazelnut mille-feuille or the San Sebastian cheesecake, they were both really good. The parking is very spacious, which is-hard to find in Morjim. The hospitality stood out, they made us feel welcome, and everything was served on time. And the best part is the reasonable price

We stayed in Morjim for about a month and a half and visited Blue Turtle Beach Bar & Restaurant quite often. It’s definitely not cheap, but the food is really good and the overall experience is very comfortable. The menu feels like familiar European cuisine, but with a subtle Indian twist. The place is divided into two areas: a proper restaurant and a beachfront zone with sunbeds. Both are well done. What we liked: — Food: consistently high quality, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. You can tell they don’t cut corners. — Service: the staff is friendly and genuinely tries, but it’s still Indian style — sometimes you need to actively get their attention. Still, very welcoming people. — Beach area: nice beach just to the right, comfortable sunbeds, and a DJ playing decent sunset sets. — Interior: stylish, well-designed, clean toilets. The shower water smells a bit like algae, but nothing critical. — Atmosphere: not overcrowded, plenty of space, mostly well-off Indian clientele, which adds to the calm vibe. — Music: good selection of 80s–90s hits, pleasant and not too loud. What could be better: — The access road is quite bad — a rough dirt road with stones. Budget-wise, expect to spend at least around $50 per person for a full day with food, cocktails, and beers. Overall, we had a very positive experience. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to. Expensive, but probably the most decent beachfront restaurant in the area. You can swim, relax, and enjoy really good food and drinks. It definitely stands out from the typical beach shacks. Highly recommended.

A great resturant to have a meal at if you're near Ashvem beach. They offer alot of veg/non-veg options along with alot of different seating arrangements both in the resturant and in the shack they have on the Ashvem beach. The food is good but that's it. It's also a fancy restaurant to prepare to lose some weight from your pocket but they offer good food and hospitality. I'd recommend to come in evening or night to get a better overall experience.

I recently hosted a private group event at Blue Turtle, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The beach ambience was absolutely stunning — words truly cannot capture its beauty. The sunset was breathtaking and unforgettable. The food was wonderfully experimental, beautifully presented, and equally delightful in taste. A special thanks to Praveena for her incredible support for everything. Vinod was extremely accommodating to all our requests and assisted us every step of the way. We’re already looking forward to booking again with our next group!

A perfect sundowner spot near the beach! 🌊 The food here is lovely and the ambiance is just too good. We ordered “The Polo Pizza” — a thin-crust pizza that was absolutely delicious. The mocktail we tried was refreshing and well made. We also had hookah — Chef Commissioner with paan flavour, and trust me, it’s a must-try! Special shoutout to Mr. Roshan for recommending this flavour — it was spot on. Service was good, the seating arrangement is comfortable, and at night the place feels really peaceful. Loved the vibe and overall experience. Will definitely visit again! ✨
