The staff charged 799 + tax for breakfast. They didn’t bring breakfast until 10 AM. Most of the items in the promised menu was missing. They said it’s unlimited but they brought 5 pooris for 10 guests. They skimp on quantity by taking forever to bring items. Do not visit this place.
Absolutely terrible service.
Stunning villas in the heart of Siolim. Conveniently located to access all parts of North Goa, but nestled in a quiet corner surrounded by greenery. Lovely swimming pool and a well maintained garden. The villas are generously furnished and the service staff well trained and extremely helpful. A great place to stay especially for a family with young children.
I booked this place for a family get together. It was described as a high end luxury villa to me. Please see my pros and cons:
Pros:
- the property itself is huge, good spacious, quite tastefully done with a mix of portugese and east asian artifacts
- the people are prompt and listen to all your needs
- the marketing for this place is great
Cons:
- there is a difference between being vintage vs no maintained. The lights in many places were not functioning
- if travelling with small children, I wouldnt recommend this place in rains it was infested with mosquitoes and I was eaten up alot ! the place was not prepared for this
- there is no wifi in this place, I had urgent needs and unfortunately I had an urgent situation for which i needed to access and it really put me in spot.
- I didnt find the kitchen and pantry too clean in the monsoon
Overall I didnt find this to be as described and not for this price point

11 months agoHad an amazing time here with my family, the staff was amazing, great quality service. And honestly one of the best locations in Goa
